CYBERMAF serves as an ongoing visual log of my whereabouts, recorded through photography. The website is built on a simple constraint: all images are captured using mobile devices, with a few contributions made in the early days using a Canon IXUS 220 HS.

The objective is to maintain a documentary aesthetic—images that reflect everyday conditions. Editing will be minimal, however, occasional stylistic variations will occur as I evaluate processing capabilities using different devices & software applications.

Over time, CYBERMAF will accumulate chronological datasets demonstrating the evolution of mobile devices. As newer devices enter my workflow (translation - when I can afford new toys), the photographs are expected to demonstrate shifts in sensor performance, computational processing and overall rendering quality.

As for the operator behind the lens, that’s classified 😉
